Depending on your circumstances, a plan may include:
- Treatment of any decay or gum disease first
- Professional cleaning
- Teeth whitening
- Veneers to change shape, size or shade
- Crowns to restore heavily damaged teeth
- Bridges or implants to replace missing teeth
- Orthodontic treatment to correct position before restorative work
Not every plan includes every element. In many cases, a smaller amount of well-planned treatment achieves what a patient is hoping for, and we would rather tell you that than recommend more than you need.
How We Plan Your Case
We begin with a conversation about what you would like to change and why.
Understanding what actually bothers you is more useful than assuming.
We then examine your teeth, gums, bite and facial proportions, using our intraoral scanner, OPG imaging and RayFace facial scanning where appropriate. Planning digitally allows us to consider the whole picture, because changing one tooth affects those around it.
You will then receive a proposed plan setting out the sequence, the expected timeframe and a written estimate before anything begins.
Health and Function First
A cosmetic result built on an unhealthy foundation will not last. Untreated decay, gum disease, a heavy grinding habit or an unbalanced bite are addressed as part of the plan, not left to cause problems later.
Where orthodontic treatment would achieve a healthier result than restoring teeth in their current position, we will say so, even though it may mean a longer treatment time.
Realistic Expectations
Outcomes vary from person to person, and no dental work lasts indefinitely. Your starting point, the condition of your teeth and gums, your bite and how you care for your teeth afterwards all affect the result and its longevity.
We will explain the risks, the maintenance required and the realistic lifespan of the work before you commit, and we will tell you plainly if we do not think a treatment will achieve what you are hoping for.

Yes. You receive a written estimate covering the proposed plan before treatment begins, and payment plans are available through DentiCare and Pretty Penny Finance.
No. Many plans are staged over time, which can also make treatment more manageable financially. We will explain which steps need to happen in a particular order.
That is the aim. We plan shape, size and shade in the context of your facial features, and discuss the proposed outcome with you before treatment begins.
Cover varies. Some restorative components may attract a benefit, while purely cosmetic procedures often do not. Check with your fund, and we can provide item numbers.
That is completely reasonable. We will assess what is achievable with a single treatment and tell you honestly whether it will give you the result you want.
