New'Gen Dental is built on a long history of dental care in the Seymour community. Located on Anzac Avenue, our practice has been part of the local community for decades, with generations of dentists caring for the people of Seymour and the surrounding region.
When Dr John Paul Lee took over the practice in 2014, he became part of that continuing history, and has cared for patients from Seymour and across the Mitchell Shire since. Having made Seymour his home, Dr Lee is proud to carry forward the tradition of local dental care while bringing a fresh vision for the future. His interest in innovation has seen New'Gen Dental adopt digital technology and modern treatment techniques, allowing patients to access a wider range of dentistry without having to travel to Melbourne or other major centres.
Today, New'Gen Dental brings together the experience, familiarity and personal connection of a long-established regional practice with the technology, techniques and progressive approach of modern dentistry.

Our Approach to Patient Care
We understand that visiting the dentist can feel overwhelming, especially if you have had a difficult experience in the past. At New'Gen Dental, we take a calm, compassionate and patient approach, taking the time to understand your concerns and help you feel comfortable before treatment begins.
Throughout your appointment, our team provides continuous chairside support, explaining each step, checking in with you regularly and giving you the time you need. We work at your pace and make sure you feel informed, supported and in control throughout your treatment.
For patients who would like additional support during treatment, patient-controlled pain relief by inhalation is available. Our team will talk you through whether it is appropriate for you.
Our aim is to provide comprehensive care in a relaxed and welcoming environment, helping even our most nervous patients feel more confident about coming to the dentist.
Technology and Equipment
Our practice uses an intraoral scanner, OPG imaging and RayFace facial scanning for treatment planning of rehabilitation cases. We also have an in-house milling machine and furnace for fabricating crowns.
Digital records make it easier to show you what we are seeing, plan treatment carefully, and in many cases reduce the number of visits required.
