New'Gen Dental Surgery is at 72 Anzac Avenue, Seymour. Wheelchair access is available at the rear of the practice.
We regularly see patients travelling from Nagambie, Broadford, Puckapunyal, Avenel, Tallarook, Kilmore, Wallan, Pyalong, Trawool and Yea.
Before Your Appointment
Please bring:
- Your health fund card, so we can claim on the spot through HICAPS
- Any CDBS, DVA, WorkCover or TAC details that apply to you
- A list of any medications you take and any relevant medical history
- Details of previous dental treatment, if you are new to the practice
Payment Options
We accept EFTPOS, credit card, cash and Zip. Payment plans are available through DentiCare and Pretty Penny Finance.
We are a preferred provider for Medibank and Bupa, and we participate in Smile.com.au. Health fund benefits depend on your level of cover, so please check with your fund if you are unsure what you are entitled to.
